At DrNathX AI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Subscription Plans
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Refund conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original charge.
- You have not consumed a significant portion of the plan’s AI credits or usage allowance (defined as more than 50% of the monthly quota).
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service.
Not eligible for refund:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window
- Founder’s pricing lifetime discounts, once claimed
- Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or violation of Terms
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
2. AI Credits and Pay-per-Use Purchases
- Unused AI credits purchased separately may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been consumed.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable.
3. Digital Products (Marketplace)
Refunds for digital products sold through the DrNathX AI Marketplace are handled as follows:
- Buyers may request a refund within 14 days if the product is materially defective or was misrepresented.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Courses and Learning Content
- Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- After 20% completion or 14 days (whichever comes first), refunds are not available.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to nathaniel.ethe@descoem.edu.ng with:
- The email address on your account
- The date of purchase
- The transaction ID or receipt reference
- A brief reason for the refund request
We will review and respond within 5 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any associated fees.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
